My practice
What to expect when working with me
My practice is relational, heart-centred, trauma-sensitive, and attachment-informed. I integrate somatic, humanistic, narrative, and psychodynamic approaches, drawing on interpersonal neurobiology, and returning to body’s deep knowing.
I recognize that we are all complicated, contradictory beings, and I welcome all parts of you in the therapeutic space. Let us explore your inner world with curiosity and care.
I am conscious of the social, historical, cultural, and ancestral contexts that inform one’s experiences, and I stay critical to how these experiences oftentimes hold stigma in the western framework of psychology.
I hold the therapeutic space as sacred, and recognize the immense vulnerability in showing up and sharing.
I am heartfully grateful to all of my teachers and mentors, professional, familial, and ancestral, who have and who continue to support me through my personal and professional work.
"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."
Anaïs Nin
