she/her
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor gratefully located on the traditional homelands of the Lək̓ʷəŋən People, known as Victoria.
I am cisgender, able-bodied, queer with German, Scottish, Irish, and French ancestry.
I have always been interested in the unique inner landscapes and what is possible in the context of relationship, be it stirring or supportive. My curiosities led me into support and care work, as well as through the fields of sociology, and anthropology, each considering the human experience, beyond the verbal realm.
I love watching clients who come in feeling all tangled up, emerge with clarity and expanded perspective. I love watching wheels turn, and supporting clients to become more resourced and centred. I love witnessing clients come to a place where many more possibilities seem available. I love supporting clients to feel more containment and less overwhelm. I love watching clients become more solid in themselves and to deeply know what is true for them. I love how magic and playfulness happens in the therapeutic process and am often surprised at how humour holds such wisdom.
Outside of this work, you can find me near water or in nature, biking, creating something, or sharing a nourishing meal with loved ones.
